Project Leader for Supply Chain Process Improvements (m/f)

Your tasks:
-  Lead and execute process improvement projects in selected
   area’s
-  Assist in base lining, project selection and project definition
-  Provide coaching and training to project team members
-  Report progress to appropriate leadership levels
-  Identify roadblocks and assure these are properly
   addressed
-  Ensure that changes will be sustainable
-  Act as a change agent to create a stronger process
   management culture

Your profile:
-  MS in engineering or supply chain management
-  Several years experience in manufacturing and/or supply chain
   environment
-  Demonstrated experience in project management and process
   improvement
-  Familiar with relevant IT tools (e. g. SAP) within supply chain
   area
-  Business acumen
-  Results orientation, perseverance & a strong bias for action/
   execution
-  Analytical skills, working knowledge of statistics
-  Excellent communication & presentation skills
-  Interpersonal and team leadership skills – coaching, teaching
   and mentoring
-  Languages: English, German
