Elster provides full training for our systems and products for new customers as part of the system deployent. On-going learning opportunities onsite and via webcasts, are also available.
For our more than 90 EnergyAxis customers worldwide, we offer refresher training for EnergyAxis Management System (EA_MS) users, system administrators and installers on system hardware, AMI system theory and EA_MS operation is offered at no additional cost during the annual EnergyAxis User Conference. The annual User Conference offers three days of industry thought leadership, intensive training, best practices, utility presentations and networking opportunities with Elster experts and your peers at other utilities.
The EnergyAxis User Group is an online community offering customers around the world, the opportunity to learn from the experience and best practices of other utilities using the Elster EnergyAxis System.
