Thomas Butler joined Elster in 2000 and has held several management positions in sales and product management. Butler has 13 years of experience in water metering and AMR/AMI systems and is an active member of the American Water Works Association (AWWA) and AMRA. Butler holds an MBA from Saint Leo University and a BS in Marketing from the University of Alabama.
